The Story & Skein Commitment
We are a small studio dedicated to slow craft and sustainability. To minimize waste and our environmental footprint, we do not maintain a massive warehouse; instead, our literary kits are individually prepared for each order specifically for you.

Return Conditions
Because each kit is individually prepared to order, we generally do not accept returns for a change of heart. However, your experience is our priority:

• Quality Guarantee: If your kit arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund or a replacement immediately.
• Non-Quality Concerns: For returns initiated for reasons other than manufacturer defect or incorrect item delivery, Story & Skein reserves the right to issue partial refunds at our sole discretion. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our Concierge team.

Shipping Fees & Refund Adjustments

Non-Refundable Shipping
Please note that all shipping charges (including standard fees of $8�C$15) are non-refundable as they represent services already rendered by our logistics partners.

The Free Shipping Threshold ($69+)
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $69. This benefit is applied to completed purchases. If a return or modification results in a retained order value of less than $69, the original standard shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
