Returns & Our Sustainability Commitment
At Story & Skein, every kit is Made-to-Order. This means once you place an order, we print the fabric and cut the threads specifically for you. Because these items are uniquely created and cannot be resold to another crafter, our return policy differs from mass-market retailers.
Our Quality Guarantee:
If your kit arrives with any Quality Defects (e.g., damaged fabric, incorrect pattern, or missing components), we will provide a 100% replacement or full refund immediately. Your creative satisfaction is our priority.
Change of Mind & Non-Quality Returns:
Since the materials are tailored specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as "change of mind," "dislike of design," or "buyer's remorse." We kindly ask that you review all product images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
